Black Cat Artworks are manufactured in South Carolina by Bill and Elaine Snell. Their steel artwork is cut from mild steel or copper with a plasma cutter. The intricate details that they are able to create are inspired by traditional paper cut techniques starting with an original drawing that is refined several times and then transposed onto the metal. The Black Cat Artwork pieces become both realistic and fantasy like simultaneously and should be displayed indoors.
