Gecko Metal Wall Sculpture 12"

This Haitian Gecko Metal Wall Sculpture can be used indoors or outdoors. It is made from a recycled steel oil drum, which is flattened and then cut out with a mallet and chisel. Although the picture might appear different depending on monitor settings, it is actually more of a charcoal gray in color. This piece makes an incredible use of texture and mimics the feel and appearance of an actual reptile. If used outside the sculpture will eventually turn into a beautiful patina. However, if you prefer the original color you can spray it every 18-24 months with a clear gloss varnish which can be found at any art or hardware store.
