To protect your privacy, the information that you provide us will not be sold or used by anyone other than our staff (to process your order) and to occasionally email you regarding new product lines or special sales and events that we may have.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE...


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it TO OUR STORE in Seminole, Florida, within 15 days of receipt for a store credit or a refund of the cost of the item purchased (less shipping costs that we incurred to ship to you). There are only 3 exceptions to this policy: if you special order something to be personalized, if you order multiples of the same item (3 or more) or if the price of the item ordered is more than $2500.00. These sales are final and cannot be returned. Please contact us regarding purchasing multiples of the same item, as our policy may be flexible depending upon the piece ordered. To process your return you must:
* Contact Customer Service at 727-398-5574 for a return authorization number. There will be a 25% restocking fee for items returned without a return authorization number.
* Keep your original packaging materials for return to us.
* Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges, when returning items.
* Items must be returned to our store in Seminole, Florida.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING...

We provide FREE GROUND SHIPPING to the lower 48 states for most of our lines and on most orders $100.00 or more. Real time shipping rates will be calculated for you at time of order for orders under $100.00. Some items, due to their size and weight have fixed rate ground or freight shipping charges. Some products will be shipped the same day and some may take 6 weeks. Each product on our website gives you estimated shipping dates. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is shipped.

Most items can be shipped expedited and those rates will be calculated for you at time of order.

We will gladly ship to Alaska, Hawaii and overseas provided the size and weight of the item purchased allows us to. And in cases where you do not see shipping charges, please contact us.

OVERSEAS DUTIES, CUSTOMS or ROYALTIES...

For all sales to foreign countries, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay whatever import taxes, fees, royalties, customs, duties or other costs that may be imposed on the import of the product purchased.

DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT...

If your product was damaged in shipping, please call us immediately. It is very important for you to keep the original packaging. We will handle the return of the damaged product as well as the replacement for your damaged item.

ORDER PROCESSING...

Orders placed on-line are completely secure. Once placed, your order will be securely transmitted to us. We will confirm availability and ship date, enter your order, process your credit card, and send you an e-mail regarding your order and expected ship date. We would be happy to gift wrap your item..FREE..., provided it is of the size that can be gift wrapped and we have the item in stock. We will also include a gift message with your order. GIFT CERTIFICATES...

If you order a gift certificate we will send the certificate to your recipient within 24 hours. Directions relative to using the gift certificate will be included and the certificate will be redeemable for one year. The certificates will have no cash value and can be redeemed only for merchandise.

We understand however that pricing on the internet is very competitive and we will strive to ensure that our price is the fairest possible. In your price comparision, care has to be taken to make sure that shipping costs are properly calculated, since we include free ground shipping with most of our products. Please add seven days to ship time when paying by check. If you pay via PAYPAL and there are additional shipping charges you will have to authorize additional funds for those shipping charges.

If your items are shipped to the state of Florida, we will automatically charge the 7% sales tax and it will be added to your order. No sales tax is charged or collected for items delivered anywhere else.
