If, FOR ANY REASON, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it TO OUR STORE in Seminole, Florida, within 60 days of receipt for a store credit or a refund of the cost of the item or items purchased, excluding the shipping costs. All returns must be in exceptional, unused condition with original box and packaging materials.
Here are the exceptions to this policy:
* if you special order something to be personalized,
* if you order in bulk (3 or more of the same item),
* if the price of the item is $2500.00 or more,
* if your purchase was a layaway
as these sales are final and cannot be returned.
To process A RETURN you must:
* Contact Customer Service at 877.269.8817 for a return authorization number. There will be a 25% restocking fee for items returned without a return authorization number, for items returned to anywhere other than our store at the address below and for items returned that were purchased on our layaway program.
* Keep your original packaging materials for return to us.
* Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges, when returning items.
* Items must be returned to our store in Seminole, Florida.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS...
If your product was damaged in shipment, please call us immediately. It is very important for you to keep the original packaging. We will replace any damaged item at no cost to you and handle the processing of the damaged product.
