Shipping & Handling Policies


We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $99 with the use of a coupon code published on our site. (From time to time we will offer free shipping with no coupon code.) Shipping costs for orders under $99 are based upon the weight of the item shipped. We offer Free Ground Shipping on ALL Jewelry orders.

All free shipping offers are for orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states only. The shipping method may be USPS, UPS, FEDEX Sure-Post or Smart-Post at our discretion determined by shipping origin, destination, package size and weight.

Some exceptions to this policy may include furniture, very heavy items or very large items. Shipping surcharges for these items will be calculated and communicated to the customer prior to processing an order.

Shipping times will vary with this method and could take up to a week depending upon destinations. If you need to have quicker shipping and shorter times for delivery, please upgrade your shipping to EXPEDITED shipping which is available on most items and is based upon UPS real time rates.

Here are some DELIVERY DATE Examples: If the Day of your Order is Tuesday...
Shipment Date = Wednesday
Arrival Date for UPS Next Day Air = Thursday
Arrival Date for UPS 2nd Day Air = Friday
Arrival Date for UPS 3-Day Select = Monday
Arrival Date for Ground within one week of Wednesday


We do not require a signature upon delivery for our shipments. If you would like to have a SIGNATURE REQUIRED for delivery please note that in the comments section of your order. We will add to your total order, $7.50 for each delivery that you request a signature required.

We will gladly ship to Alaska, Hawaii provided the size and weight of the item purchased allows us to. Please select either USPS to Alaska/Hawaii or UPS to Alaska/Hawaii. USPS will be less expensive but some items cannot be shipped via USPS.

We will also ship to APO's, FPO's and DPO's and all US Territories provided the item(s) that needs to be shipped can be shipped by the USPS via priority mail. Please call us for shipping quotes.

Wildlife Wonders occasionally offers SALES, DISCOUNTS, COUPONS and PROMOTIONS. These discount coupons, promo codes, sales prices and extended free shipping offers are valid only during the times and dates specifically stated in the promotion and cannot be applied to layaways or prior sales. You may use only one promo code, or special promotion with a single order and some coupons do not apply to specific vendors.

CANADIAN and INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (for products shipped outside the USA)

We offer two shipping methods to our Canadian and International customers. And although we cannot and do not calculate taxes, duties, import fees or other local costs of importation from the US, we feel that your overall experience and cost will be more attractive. We ship most international orders directly from our store via USPS International Priority Mail (7-10 day) and USPS Express Mail International (3-5 day). You as our customer will be responsible for the payment of any other fees imposed for the delivery of the products ordered.


If our PRODUCT AVAILABILITY is "IN STOCK" items are usually shipped within five business days and many times within two days. If the availability is longer than that the item might be back-ordered, in the production process or must be made-to-order specifically for you. You will be notified via e-mail when your items ship, and in some cases you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Some furniture and larger items are shipped by freight carrier. The carrier will schedule a delivery time and provide curbside delivery. You are responsible for moving these items from curbside. You are also responsible for all freight charges and/or shipping charges and restocking fees if you refuse delivery of furniture items. Both of the freight/shipping charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from any refund if you refuse delivery or cancel your order while your merchandise is in transit. We do not ship larger items to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska.


If your product was damaged in shipment, please call us immediately. It is very important for you to keep the original packaging. We will replace any damaged item shipped to the US at no cost to you and handle the return of the damaged product.
