SHIPMENTS to the USA
Often we offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING with the use of a coupon code FS99 on orders over $99 and shipped to an address in the contiguous 48 states. Otherwise your shipping costs are real time UPS shipping rates, based upon product weight, origination zip code and destination zip code. Some of our heavier items like furniture and large sculptures do not qualify for free shipping and those will be identified on the item page.
Expedited shipping will be calculated prior to processing your order and costs are based upon real time expedited shipping rates from UPS.
"Ground" shipments will be shipped at our disgression via UPS, FEDEX or USPS depending upon from where we ship, ultimate destination, package size and weight. We do not require a signature upon delivery for our shipments. If you would like to have a signature required for delivery please note that in the comments section of your order. We will add to your total order, $7.50 for each delivery that you request a signature required.
CANADIAN and INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (for products shipped outside the USA)
We offer the least expensive, no add on charges, shipping methods possible to our Canadian and International customers. And although we cannot and do not calculate taxes, duties, import fees or other local costs of importation from the US, we feel that your overall experience and cost will be more attractive. We ship most international orders directly from our store via USPS International Priority Mail (7-10 day) and USPS Express Mail International (3-5 day). You as our customer will be responsible for the payment of any other fees imposed for the delivery of the products ordered. Please see chart above.
OTHER SHIPPING ISSUES...
We will gladly ship to Alaska and Hawaii provided the size and weight of the item purchased allows us to. When shipping to Alaska and Hawaii please choose shipping option USPS Priority Mail to AK and HI at checkout. Please see chart above.
We will also ship to APO's, FPO's and DPO's provided the item(s) that needs to be shipped can be shipped by the USPS via priority mail. Please choose shipping option "APO, FPO, DPO" at checkout. See chart above.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY is illustrated by IN STOCK, meaning that product is either in our store inventory or in the manufacturer's inventory and will be shipped from 24-48 hours. If the product says "usually ships the next business day" or "within 2-3 days" that means that the product may have some last minute finishing work or that the manufacturer needs time to process the order. If the availability is longer than that the item is either back-ordered or it has to be made for you. Each product on our website gives you estimated shipping parameters. You will be notified via e-mail when your items ship, and in many cases you may receive your order in multiple shipments. And if you pay via a check or money order your order will not ship until your check or money order clears our bank, which usually takes several business days.
Most items can be shipped expedited and those rates will be calculated for you at time of order. Please note that expedited shipments are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday and to determine the day of delivery on expedited shipments, do not count the day of shipment.
Some furniture and several larger items are shipped by freight carrier. The carrier will schedule a delivery time and provide curbside delivery. You are responsible for moving these items from curbside. You are also responsible for all freight charges and/or shipping charges and restocking fees if you refuse delivery of furniture items. Both of the freight/shipping charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from any refund if you refuse delivery or cancel your order while your merchandise is in transit. We do not ship these larger items to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS...
If your product was damaged in shipment, please call us immediately. It is very important for you to keep the original packaging. We will replace any damaged item shipped to the US at no cost to you and handle the return of the damaged product.
