SHIPPING AND HANDLING...

Wildlife Wonders usually offers a FREE SHIPPING SPECIAL! The threshold for free shipping changes frequently and to find what our current FREE SHIPPING special is, look for areas that address free shipping on each and every page of our website. Currently our shipping costs for orders under $100 is only $7.95 and FREE for orders over $99. This shipping policy may change at any time.

FREE SHIPPING Offers apply only to ground shipments (not expedited shipping) and to orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states and not to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or overseas.

When a coupon is needed for free shipping and if your order is above our threshold and you use a special COUPON CODE your ground shipping will be free.

Real time shipping costs and expedited rates for all orders will be calculated for you at time of order.

Some products, if in our store inventory or in the manufacturer's inventory will be shipped the same or next business day and if not immediately available, may take up to 6 weeks. Each product on our website gives you estimated shipping dates. You will be notified via e-mail when your items ship, and in many cases you may receive your order in multiple shipments. And if you pay via a check or money order your order will not ship until your check or money order clears our bank, which usually takes 5-10 business days.

Ground shipments will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPS depending upon from where we ship, ultimate destination, package size and weight. Most items can be shipped expedited and those rates will be calculated for you at time of order.

We will gladly ship to Alaska, Hawaii and overseas provided the size and weight of the item purchased allows us to. Most shipments to CANADA and overseas should ship via the USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL. Please select that option in checkout to determine shipping costs if shipping to CANADA or overseas. And in cases where you do not see shipping charges, please contact us.

We traditionally ship via the USPS to CANADA. If shipping to Canada, please select the USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL option for shipping to calculate your shipping costs.

OVERSEAS DUTIES, CUSTOMS BROKERAGE FEES or ROYALTIES...

For all sales to foreign countries including Canada, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay whatever import taxes, brokerage fees, royalties, customs, duties or other costs that may be imposed on the import of the product purchased, upon receipt of shipment. If you question these fees, please consult your local customs office, as we do not have that information.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS...

If your product was damaged in shipment, please call us immediately. It is very important for you to keep the original packaging. We will replace any damaged item at no cost to you and handle the return of the damaged product.
